Race 7 - Allowance Optional Claiming ($16,400)

This five and one-half furlong race will have $12,500 - $12,000 claiming race will have seven runners. #4 Capoeira is the only competitor in the field to have raced recently, with April 4 being her last outing, where she finished third at Tampa Bay Downs. Capoeira, who has lots of speed, has finished in the money in four of her last five events and has two wins in nine starts overall. The five-year mare also has put some nice training numbers at Fort Erie which includes going five furlongs in 1:00.20 on May 26. #5 Anniversary Rose is coming off the second shortest break of the field, last racing 104 days ago where she ended up fifth in a $15,000 claiming race at Mahoning Valley. The five-year-old mare, who has won one of her two races at this distance, will have jockey Elliot Sullivan -- owner of a 27% win percentage and 46% WPS percentage in 2020 -- on board. Anniversary Rose will have blinkers for this race.#1 Lights of Congrats has been very good during her last two workouts and has two top 2 finishes in four career races. #7 About a Girl, one of two Ontario horses in the race, has either won or placed second in each of her last three races.

Picks: I like a win bet on the #4. I also like an exacta box of #4, #5. Additionally, I like a trifecta box of #4,#5, #1,#7.

Race 3 - Starter Optional Claiming ($14,500)

This $8,000 optional claiming race is set for a six-furlong race with five runners. #1 Anechoic has not raced since finishing sixth at Mahoning Valley in a $10,000 claiming event on March 10. Anechoic has a field high four wins at this distance and has won 48% of his meets on dirt. Jockey Emile Ramsammy will look to increase the six-year-old gelding’s career 66.6% (16 of 24) WPS percentage. #4 Goodoldhockeygame is making her 2020 debut. Prior to the lengthy break, the eight-year-old gelding had finished in the money in seven of eight starts.#5 Mister Nadia has had good success at Fort Erie with three wins and seven top 3 finishes in 17 starts.

Picks: I like a trifecta bet of the #1 keyed with the #4, #5.
