North vs. Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP) Preview & Prediction - Free CS:GO Betting Picks 7/2
North and NiP will meet in the 7th place decider at the cs_summit 6 Europe, and there is still something to play about besides the No.7 spot. The winner will get $5,500 and 1250 RMR Points, while the loser will have to settle with $4,000 and 1125 RMR Points. These rivals have met once so far, and North won that encounter.
The Danish team North made the playoffs at the cs_summit 6 Europe with two wins over Movistar Riders, but then suffered a couple of defeats to OG and Heroic. North lost four of the previous six matches and have a 42.9% win rate over the past three months. When it comes to the maps during the same period, North was displaying the strongest performances on Overpass (61.5%), while they were not playing well on Inferno (30.8%), Train (33.3%), and Nuke (38.5%).
NiP barely made it to the playoffs with a narrow 2-1 victory over Heroic in the group decider, but wasn’t that lucky in the next two matches against fnatic and GODSENT, losing both 2-0. The Swedish side recorded four wins in the last eight games and they have a 53.3% win rate over the past three months. In that span, NiP have been performing well on Vertigo (63.6%) and Train (61.5%), but they were not good enough on Nuke (20.0%) and Dust2 (33.3%).
Pick: Over 2.5 Maps (+114 @GG.BET)
Even though the bookies labeled NiP as firm favorites here, I don’t think it’s going to be easy for the Swedes. After all, North won the only H2H encounter and didn’t lose a map along the way. I am not saying the Danes will get another win in this one, but I am backing the underdogs to take at least a map and help us to win this bet.
