UAB Blazers vs Navy Midshipmen

UAB enters this matchup as a 21-point underdog, but there’s reason to believe they can keep it closer than the line suggests. Quarterback Jalen Kitna looked sharp in the opener, completing 78% of his passes for 247 yards and two scores, while Jevon Jackson and Solomon Beebe anchored a potent ground game. Navy’s run-heavy offense will test UAB’s thin defensive front, but the Midshipmen also return just three starters on defense—a vulnerability UAB can exploit with tempo and balance. If Kitna stays clean and the Blazers avoid early deficits, they have enough firepower to hang within the number and cover +21.

West Virginia Mountaineers vs Ohio Bobcats

Ohio enters this home matchup with momentum despite a narrow Week 1 loss to Rutgers, showcasing a balanced attack led by dual-threat QB Parker Navarro, who racked up 332 total yards and four touchdowns. The Bobcats’ offense averaged 7.1 yards per play and proved it can hang with Power Four competition. West Virginia, meanwhile, cruised past Robert Morris but now faces a much stiffer test on the road. The Mountaineers’ defense looked dominant, but it hasn’t been tested by a mobile quarterback like Navarro. With a MAC title pedigree and a proven ability to rally, Ohio has the tools to keep this tight and potentially steal a win outright—making +3.5 a sharp play.

Bowling Green Falcons vs Cincinnati Bearcats (Total) - Client Play

Saturday’s Bowling Green–Cincinnati matchup at Nippert Stadium sets up well for an Under 46.5 lean, with both offenses sputtering out of the gate and defenses showing early-season discipline. Cincinnati managed just 271 total yards in a 20–17 loss to Nebraska, with QB Brendan Sorsby throwing for only 69 yards and one pick. Bowling Green cruised past Lafayette 26–7 but failed to crack 300 yards and leaned heavily on short fields and defensive stops. Both teams rank outside the top 90 in scoring offense, and neither has shown consistent red-zone execution. With the Bearcats favored by over three touchdowns and likely to control tempo, a 28–14 type finish keeps this comfortably under the number.

The Picks Are In:

  • UAB +21 over Navy
  • Ohio +3.5 over West Virginia
  • Bowling Green/ Cincinnati Under 46.5
