Can Vanderbilt continue their unbeaten start?
The 20 Vanderbilt Commodores have started 2025 red-hot, and with the team going 3-0 through three weeks, they're continuing to climb the ranks after a massive upset victory a week ago. The big strength of this team is their defense, who rank fifth in the NCAA in yards allowed and 23rd in points allowed, and with an offense that ranks fifth in yards per play and 22nd in points scored, you'll be hard-pressed to find a more balanced team in all of college football.
That offense is led by senior QB Diego Pavia, who has posted an impressive rating of 181 on the season behind seven passing Touchdowns, and with a balanced rushing attack, this is a team that can beat their opponents in many different ways. Last time out for the Commodores was an upset victory over the 11th-ranked South Carolina, with the defense forcing four turnovers on the day as the offense did just enough, picking up 323 total yards in this one as they came away dominant winners 31-7.
