Michigan State’s offensive performance at Notre Dame reinforces the under angle, while Nebraska should be comfortable playing a possession-oriented road game. Neither team needs a high-tempo shootout to execute its preferred strategy. A game in the neighborhood of 24-20 or 23-20 fits this matchup well.
