DeGrom enters with a 1.14 WHIP and has recorded 135 strikeouts against only 29 walks through 113.2 innings. Bradish has pitched well with a 3.79 ERA, but his 1.36 WHIP is considerably higher. Baltimore has also scored just nine runs over its last five games and has been held to one run or fewer three times during that stretch. With Texas at 30-26 at home and coming off consecutive victories, I'll back the Rangers.

I'm taking the Under if the total is set around 8.5. The starting pitching matchup gives both teams an opportunity to keep this game under control. Bradish enters with a 3.79 ERA, while deGrom has a 3.96 ERA and an excellent 1.14 WHIP.
Baltimore's recent offensive struggles make the Under particularly appealing. The Orioles have scored only nine runs over their last five games, including two shutout losses. Texas hasn't been an especially productive offense over the full season either, scoring 477 runs through 115 games. With two capable starters and neither offense producing dominant season-long numbers, I prefer the Under at 8.5.
