The Blue Jays are set to start right-hander Shane Bieber, who's 2-1 with a 4.30 ERA in four starts this season. Last time out, he went 5.2 innings, allowing three runs against the Astros, while in his career against the Orioles, he's 3-1 with a 3.60 ERA. Toronto has a team ERA of 4.17, which ranks 19th.

The Blue Jays' offense has been clicking as Toronto is hitting .269, which is the best batting average in the majors. Toronto is hitting .271 at home, while in September, the team is hitting .278.

Bieber has been pitching well since coming back from Tommy John surgery, and he should be able to have success against this struggling Orioles' offense. The under is also a good spot here as Bieber should be able to limit the damage and go 6+ innings, only allowing a run or two to help the under hit. This seems like a 5-2 type of win here for the Blue Jays, which will go under. This season, the Orioles are 82-60-5 in hitting the under, and although Toronto has the best over record in the majors, Bieber will be solid and limit the runs. Baltimore's bats are struggling right now, which will be the key reason for the under cashing.
