The Angels have yet to officially announce a starter for the first game of this series with the Royals. Left-hander Yusei Kikuchi (3.68 ERA) has the starting assignment for the Angels in the series finale against the Astros Monday night. He allowed six runs on four hits and three walks with three strikeouts over four innings in a 7-3 road loss to the Texas Rangers on Tuesday. Kikuchi is winless over his last three starts, pitching to a 6.60 ERA.
