The Milwaukee Brewers have a payroll that is less than half of what the Dodgers spent and are looking for their first World Series appearance since 1982. During the regular season, the Brewers won 55 of 81 home games and finished with a franchise record 103 victories overall. During Sunday’s home victory, 2B Brice Turang hit a solo shot and OF Luis Lara delivered the game-winning RBI single in the fifth inning. 

The Brewers will counter with twenty-four year old righty Logan Henderson (11-3 2.47 ERA) on Monday. In two starts versus the Dodgers this season, Henderson (12 IP) allowed just one run on a solo shot and fanned 13 batters. Milwaukee ranked second in the majors with a 3.22 ERA) and closer Trevor Megill (2.63 ERA) converted 30 of 33 save opportunities.

The Brewers ranked fourth in the majors with a .743 OPS and scored 5.14 runs per game for the regular season. In a four-game NLDS victory, Milwaukee led all playoff teams with a .688 OPS and swiped four bases. C William Contreras has started the postseason strong with a .375 batting average and a pair of home runs.
