Arizona Cardinals vs Seattle Seahawks Picks and Prediction for Sunday November 8 2026

By: Kim Smith Published 11/03/2026, 01:30 PM ET

Arizona heads to Seattle on Sunday for a 4:25 PM ET game against the Seahawks at Lumen Field. FOX has the broadcast, and Seattle is favored by 11.5 points, with the total at 44.5. That’s a big spread for a divisional game, especially considering the Seahawks just got beaten by Chicago on Monday night. Arizona, meanwhile, pulled off a pretty impressive comeback against Dallas. I think Seattle is the better team, but asking the Seahawks to win by nearly two touchdowns is another conversation. Check out our free NFL picks for more predictions.

Arizona Cardinals Have Been a Tough Team to Figure Out

Arizona is 3-5 after beating Dallas 33-30 in overtime on Sunday. That was a wild game. The Cardinals trailed 24-10 early in the fourth quarter, fought back to tie it at 30, and eventually won on a field goal in overtime. That’s the kind of victory that can give a struggling team some confidence.

The Cardinals also beat the Rams 18-16 a couple of weeks ago, so they’ve managed to pull off two upsets in their last three games. That’s worth paying attention to. Arizona isn’t winning consistently, but it’s shown it can hang around against teams that are supposed to beat it. The problem is that the Cardinals also lost 30-16 to Denver between those victories. You never quite know what you’re getting.

What I like about Arizona here is the way it responded against Dallas. Down two touchdowns in the fourth quarter, plenty of teams would have folded. The Cardinals didn’t. Seattle has been inconsistent lately, and Arizona should feel like it has a chance to keep this close. The Cardinals don’t have to win outright to make the spread interesting.

Seattle Seahawks Need to Get Back on Track

Seattle is 4-4 after losing 34-17 to Chicago on Monday night. That’s a pretty disappointing performance at home, especially after the Seahawks had beaten Kansas City 20-3 the previous week. One week they’re shutting down the Chiefs, and the next they’re giving up 34 to the Bears. That’s a big swing.

The defense is what makes Seattle dangerous. When the Seahawks are playing well, they can make life miserable for opposing offenses. Holding Kansas City to three points was impressive, and Arizona is going to have to deal with that same defensive talent. The Cardinals can’t assume they’ll get the same opportunities they found against Dallas.

But I don’t trust Seattle’s offense enough to lay 11.5 points. The Seahawks scored only 17 against Chicago and 20 against Kansas City. That’s 37 points over two games. Yes, they won one of those games comfortably, but covering a double-digit spread usually requires either a strong offensive performance or a complete defensive shutdown. Seattle can certainly do the latter. I’m just not convinced it happens every week.

Arizona Cardinals vs Seattle Seahawks Picks and Prediction

Spread Pick: Arizona Cardinals +11.5

Give me Arizona and the points. Seattle should win this game, and I wouldn’t be shocked if the Seahawks control most of it. But 11.5 points is a lot in a divisional matchup, especially against an Arizona team that’s pulled off two upsets in three games. The Cardinals just came back from 14 down against Dallas, and Seattle hasn’t been scoring enough lately for me to feel comfortable laying nearly two touchdowns. I think Arizona can hang around and make this uncomfortable. Give me the Cardinals to cover.

Total Pick: Under 44.5

I’m taking the under 44.5. Seattle’s offense has scored 17 and 20 points in its last two games, and I expect the Seahawks to lean on their defense against Arizona. The Cardinals can score, as we saw against Dallas, but Seattle is a much tougher defensive matchup when it’s playing well. The concern is Arizona getting into another wild game and forcing Seattle to open things up. But I think the Seahawks will try to control the pace, run the football, and avoid giving the Cardinals easy opportunities. Something like 24-17 makes sense, and that keeps us under.

Final Picks: Arizona Cardinals +11.5 | Under 44.5
