🔥 Week 7 of the NFL season wraps up with two massive MNF matchups, and we’re dialed in on the prop market for tonight! This slate is loaded with opportunity, and we’ve pinpointed three top player and team props backed by data, trends, and recent form. The mission: uncover value, attack edges, and keep cashing in!

If you are struggling to pick winners, you've come to the right place. We have the strongest NFL Predictions.

NFL Prop Best Bet #1: Michael Penix Jr Under 227.5 Yards Passing

Michael Penix Jr. faces a daunting challenge in tonight’s Monday Night Football matchup against Buffalo, with his passing prop set at 227.5 yards. While Penix is averaging 229.5 yards per game this season, he’s only cleared that number twice in four outings. Buffalo’s defense ranks second in the NFL in passing yards allowed, surrendering just 154 yards per game through the air. That elite coverage unit has held four of five opponents under 200 passing yards, including Lamar Jackson, Tua Tagovailoa, and Derek Carr—all of whom failed to reach 195 yards.

Penix has shown flashes of brilliance, especially at home, but he’s also thrown three interceptions and has just three touchdown passes through four games. With Buffalo’s secondary locking down perimeter threats and forcing quarterbacks into short throws, Penix may struggle to generate chunk plays. Game script could also tilt toward the run if Atlanta tries to protect the ball and control tempo. Unless Penix finds unexpected rhythm or garbage-time volume, the under on 227.5 passing yards is a sharp, matchup-driven play.

NFL Best Bet#2: Caleb Williams Over 24.5 Yards Rushing

Caleb Williams’ rushing prop for tonight’s Week 6 matchup against Washington is set at Over 24.5 yards, making the 25+ yard mark a direct reflection of current sportsbook lines. Through four games this season, Williams has logged 110 rushing yards on 24 attempts, averaging 27.5 yards per game. He’s cleared the 25-yard threshold in two of those outings, including a 58-yard performance against Minnesota and 27 yards against Detroit.

Washington’s defense has allowed 4.0 yards per carry and ranks near the middle of the league in rush defense efficiency. With Chicago’s offensive line showing signs of improvement and Williams’ mobility being a key part of the Bears’ playbook—especially on broken plays and designed rollouts—he’s well-positioned to hit the 25-yard mark again. Given the matchup and his usage trend, Over 24.5 rushing yards is a viable play.

NFL Prop Best Bet #3: Any Team To Score 30+ Points (Bears/Washington)

Chicago enters tonight’s matchup against Washington with a scoring profile that supports the “Either Team to Score 30+ Points – YES” prop. The Bears have posted 25, 31, 21, and 24 points over their last four games, clearing the 30-point threshold once in a dominant win over Dallas. Caleb Williams has shown flashes of explosiveness, and the offense has been productive both at home and on the road. Defensively, Chicago has allowed 30+ points just once—during a blowout loss to Detroit—but their overall average of 29.25 points allowed per game suggests vulnerability if Washington’s offense finds rhythm.

On the other side, Washington has scored 27, 27, and 41 points in its last three outings, with Jayden Daniels and Marcus Mariota both leading efficient drives. The Commanders have allowed 30+ points only once this season, but their recent shootouts against Atlanta and Las Vegas show they’re capable of trading scores. With both teams featuring mobile quarterbacks, aggressive play-callers, and recent over trends, the setup favors offensive fireworks. If either side capitalizes on turnovers or red-zone chances, the 30-point mark is well within reach.
