🔥 Week 6 of the NFL season is here, and we’re locked in on the prop market. This Sunday’s slate is full of opportunity, and we’ve identified three top player props backed by usage trends, matchup data, and recent form. The goal: find value, exploit edges, and keep cashing on props!

If you are struggling to pick winners, you've come to the right place. We have the strongest NFL Predictions.

NFL Prop Best Bet #1: Cooper Rush Under 187.5 Yards Passing

Cooper Rush enters today’s matchup against the Rams with a passing yards prop of 187.5, a number that feels ambitious given his recent performances. Through three games this season, Rush is averaging just 77.0 passing yards per game and has yet to eclipse the 189.5-yard mark in any outing. His most productive showing came last week against Houston, where he threw for 179 yards—but that effort also included three interceptions and zero touchdowns. With Baltimore’s offense ranking near the bottom of the league in passing production (196.2 yards per game), and Rush still searching for his first touchdown pass of the season, the under looks like a sharp play.

The Rams’ defense, while not elite, has been serviceable against the pass, allowing 215.4 yards per game through the air. That’s a middling figure, but it’s still well above Rush’s current output, and Los Angeles has shown an ability to pressure quarterbacks into mistakes. Baltimore’s offensive line has struggled to protect Rush, and with the Ravens sitting at 1-4 and trending downward, game script could lean heavily on the run—especially if Rush continues to struggle with turnovers. Unless he finds unexpected rhythm or garbage-time volume, staying under 187.5 passing yards feels like the most probable outcome.

NFL Prop Best Bet #2: Ashton Jeanty Over 76.5 Yards Rushing

Ashton Jeanty’s rushing prop of 76.5 yards for today’s game against the Titans is well within reach given his current usage and the matchup. The rookie back has emerged as the Raiders’ lead rusher, averaging 69.8 yards per game on 82 carries through five weeks. While he’s only cleared this number once so far, he’s consistently hovered near the mark and has outperformed his average rushing prop (66.7 yards) by over three yards per game. With Jeanty seeing a steady workload and showing flashes of the explosiveness that made him a top draft pick, the over is in play—especially if Las Vegas leans on the ground game to control tempo.

The Titans’ run defense has been vulnerable, allowing 129+ rushing yards in four of five games and surrendering multiple rushing touchdowns in three of those contests. That trend bodes well for Jeanty, who has already found the end zone twice on the ground and is averaging 4.1 yards per carry. The Raiders have also been more effective running the ball at home, averaging 154 rushing yards per game in Vegas—over 40 yards more than their season average. If game script stays neutral or positive, Jeanty should have ample opportunity to grind out yardage and push past the 76.5-yard threshold.

NFL Prop Best Bet #3: Total TD Yards Over 85.5 (Lions/Chiefs)

The total touchdown yardage prop of Over 85.5 for today’s Detroit vs. Kansas City matchup is an intriguing bet, especially given the explosive potential on both sides. Detroit enters Week 6 averaging 34.8 points per game—the highest mark in the league—while Kansas City isn’t far behind at 29.2. Both teams rank top-10 in total offense, and each has multiple playmakers capable of breaking off long scoring plays. With Jared Goff and Patrick Mahomes under center, deep shots and yards-after-catch touchdowns are always in play, making the over a viable angle.

Historically, this matchup has produced fireworks, including a 34–30 shootout in 2019 and a 48–3 Lions blowout in 2011. Kansas City’s secondary has been vulnerable to chunk plays, and Detroit’s receiving corps—led by Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams—has the speed to exploit it. On the other side, Mahomes has thrown for 10 touchdowns already this season, and Travis Kelce remains a threat to rack up yards after the catch. If even two or three touchdowns come from 30+ yards out, this prop could clear comfortably. With both teams capable of scoring from anywhere on the field, Over 85.5 total touchdown yards feels like a sharp play.
