Meanwhile, the Rams are 2-1 to start the season and they are in a highly competitive NFC West division. Any win is a major boost and any loss is a major setback for a division title. Not many had faith in Daniel Jones to be this good as the starter for the Colts before the season began, but he is doing well with a 71.6% completion percentage. He has thrown for 816 yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions. He has also rushed for three touchdowns. Jonathan Taylor is making his case as one of the best running backs in the NFL right now with 338 yards rushing on 60 carries, including three TD runs. Pittman Jr. and Tyler Warren have the most yards receiving with 193 each, but Pittman barely edges the other out in receptions. Pittman additionally has two of the three total touchdown passes. On the defensive side, Nick Cross is the only player to eclipse 20 total tackles on the year thus far. Tyquan Lewis is the only player with multiple sacks on the year, while Cam Bynum leads the team in passes defended with three. and picks with two.

Kyren Williams leads the running backs with 226 yards on 55 carries and Puka Nacua is the leading receiver on the team with 333 yards on 29 catches. Colts vs Rams Pick
Spread Pick for Colts vs Rams
- Colts +3.5 (4 units)
Not many people expected the Colts to make their game against Denver competitive, let alone win the game. Yet here we are. I will continue to roll with the Colts until they give me a reason not to trust them. Daniel Jones has looked like a top 50% starter in the NFL this season and they have covered the spread in every game they've played thus far. Both offenses have been efficient enough to make the game close until the very end, so I feel more confident taking the Colts with plus points anyway.
Over/Under Pick for Colts vs. Rams
- Under 50 (4 units)
This total seems a bit high considering that neither team is exactly well-known for their offensive capabilities. Indianapolis still has an undefeated record to hold, and the Rams need every win they can get to elevate themselves in the division. Both teams will try to establish the running game early as both teams have quality running backs. However, this will take up time, and they will look to eliminate as many drives as they can from their opponent. The game may expand towards the end, but I still have doubts in both teams scoring 25+.
