Hull City vs Arsenal Picks and Prediction for Saturday November 7 2026

Hull City heads to London on Saturday, November 7, for a Premier League matchup against Arsenal at Emirates Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 10 AM ET, and the Gunners have been playing some terrific football. Arsenal sits atop the table with 24 points from nine matches, while Hull is down in 11th with 11 points. Arsenal is a heavy favorite at around 1.17 in the early three-way market, and I can’t say I’m surprised. Hull has been hanging around in games, but beating Arsenal in London is a completely different assignment. Check out our free EPL picks for more predictions.

Hull City Have Been Hanging Around but Not Winning

Hull is 2-5-2 through nine league matches, and the Tigers haven’t won any of their last six. They’ve drawn four of those games, including a 2-2 result against Ipswich last Saturday and a 1-1 draw with Brentford the week before. That’s not terrible considering they’re back in the Premier League, but draws aren’t going to do much for them when they’re facing the best teams in England.

The problem is creating enough chances. Hull has been averaging around 1.2 goals per match, and its recent attacking numbers haven’t been particularly impressive. They’re generating roughly 1.07 expected goals per game over their last five, compared with 1.53 for Arsenal. That’s a pretty noticeable gap, especially when you’re facing a defense that’s been allowing so little.

Now, I will give Hull some credit. The Tigers haven’t been getting blown away every week, and they’ve managed to make several opponents work for their points. If they can get everybody behind the ball, stay organized, and frustrate Arsenal for a while, they might make this interesting. But they’re going to spend a lot of time defending, and eventually that gets exhausting against a team that keeps coming at you.

Arsenal Have Been Taking Care of Business

Arsenal is 8-0-1, and the Gunners have won four straight league matches. They just went into Liverpool and came away with a 1-0 victory, which tells you plenty about how well they’re playing. Arsenal has scored 14 goals and allowed only five through nine games. That’s not an offense putting up four goals every week, but the defense has been outstanding.

Here’s what I like about Arsenal. They don’t need to play a wide-open game to win. The Gunners have been comfortable controlling possession, limiting chances, and waiting for an opening. They’ve won all four home league matches, and they’ve conceded only about half a goal per game at Emirates Stadium. Hull is going to have a hard time creating much against that kind of defensive record.

Arsenal does have some injury concerns, with Bukayo Saka and William Saliba among the important names on the early availability list. Those are significant absences, and I’d be more concerned if Arsenal were facing Manchester City or Liverpool again. But Hull hasn’t shown enough attacking ability to make me think it can consistently punish the Gunners. Arsenal should still have more than enough quality to control this matchup.

Hull City vs Arsenal Picks and Prediction

Moneyline Pick: Arsenal

I’m taking Arsenal, and I don’t think there’s much reason to get cute with this one. Hull hasn’t won in six league matches, while Arsenal has won eight of nine and just went into Liverpool and picked up three points. The Gunners have been excellent defensively, and they’re playing at home against a team that’s struggling to create chances. Sure, Hull could park everybody behind the ball and make Arsenal work for a goal. That happens in the Premier League. But I don’t see Hull keeping Arsenal quiet for 90 minutes. The price is short, so the value isn’t tremendous, but Arsenal is clearly my pick to win.

Total Pick: Under 3.5 Goals

I like the under 3.5 here. Arsenal has been winning with defense rather than turning every match into a scoring festival. The Gunners have allowed only five goals all season, and Hull hasn’t been creating enough chances to make me believe it’s going to score two or three in London. Arsenal could certainly put up three by itself, and that’s the biggest concern. But I think this is more likely to be a controlled performance than a wild scoring match. Something like 2-0 or 3-0 makes sense to me. Give me Arsenal to win and the total to stay under four goals.

Final Picks: Arsenal Moneyline | Under 3.5 Goals
