Portland’s four consecutive defeats are particularly concerning because the Fire allowed at least 98 points in every game. Home-court advantage helps Portland, but it does not justify laying points with a defense surrendering that level of production. The spread is small enough that I also lean toward Los Angeles winning outright, although taking the 1.5 points provides protection in a matchup that could be decided by one possession.
