The Seattle Storm visit the Atlanta Dream on Thursday at 8:00 PM ET at Gateway Center in College Park, Georgia. Seattle is 6-17 and sits last in the Western Conference, while Atlanta is 12-9 and third in the Eastern Conference. The Storm earned an 82-64 road win over Los Angeles on Monday after splitting their previous four games, while the Dream have dropped five straight contests, including a 105-90 loss to Seattle on June 27. Seattle will try to complete a season sweep after winning the first meeting by 15 points. Build your bankroll with our free WNBA picks.

Seattle Storm Looking for Another Win Over Atlanta

Seattle averages 80.1 points per game while shooting 42.4% from the field this season. Natisha Hiedeman leads the Storm with 15.4 points and 4.5 assists per game while shooting 45.7% from the floor and nearly 90% from the free-throw line. Dominique Malonga has averaged 15.9 points and 7.4 rebounds in 15 appearances, while Flau'jae Johnson contributes 12.7 points and 5.4 rebounds. Awa Fam has added 11.7 points and 5.1 rebounds, giving Seattle several reliable scoring options despite its record.

The Storm have struggled defensively, allowing 85.0 points per game, but they have shown signs of improvement recently. Seattle held Los Angeles to 64 points in its last outing after defeating Atlanta 105-90 in the previous meeting between these teams. The Storm also average 7.6 steals and 4.4 blocks per contest, creating extra possessions that can help offset offensive inconsistency.

Injuries: Taina Mair (Out).

Atlanta Dream Trying to End Five-Game Skid

Atlanta enters this matchup averaging 87.5 points per game while shooting 43.1% from the field. Rhyne Howard leads the Dream with 18.9 points and 2.5 steals per game, while Allisha Gray adds 18.5 points. Angel Reese has been one of the WNBA's top rebounders, averaging 14.9 points and 11.8 rebounds, while Jordin Canada directs the offense with 11.2 points and 7.0 assists. Atlanta also averages 34.7 rebounds and 19.6 assists per contest.

The Dream have struggled to build momentum despite their strong overall record. Atlanta has lost five straight games and surrendered at least 88 points in three of those defeats. Defensive consistency has been an issue, and the Dream will need a much better effort after allowing Seattle to score 105 points in the first meeting. Atlanta still owns one of the league's better home records, making this an important opportunity to halt the losing streak.

Injuries: Jaylyn Sherrod (Out), Amy Okonkwo (Out), Aaliyah Nye (Out), Brionna Jones (Out).

Seattle Storm vs. Atlanta Dream Match Pick

  • Atlanta Dream -10.5

Atlanta has lost five straight matches, but this is a favorable opportunity to respond at home. The Dream remain one of the league's better offensive teams, averaging 87.5 points per game, and Howard, Gray, Reese, and Canada give Atlanta significantly more proven scoring depth than Seattle. While the Storm won the first meeting, Atlanta should benefit from playing at home and facing a Seattle team that has struggled throughout the season despite its recent victory. Atlanta will win and cover the number.

Seattle Storm vs. Atlanta Dream Over/Under Pick

  • Over 168.5

The first meeting produced 195 total points, and both teams have enough offensive talent to generate another high-scoring matchup. Atlanta averages 87.5 points per game but has allowed 83.9 points per contest, while Seattle has scored at least 82 points in three of its last five games. The Dream have surrendered at least 88 points in three of their last five outings, and Seattle's recent offensive success against Atlanta suggests the Storm can contribute enough scoring to help this matchup cash above the total
