New York Knicks (23-36) at Orlando Magic (18-39)
NBA: Thursday, February 22, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. ET
The New York Knicks hit the road to take on the Orlando Magic for a Thursday night contest. Orlando has won both meetings against New York this season. In their most recent meeting on Dec. 3, the Magic beat the Knicks 105-100. Nikola Vucevic led the Magic with 34 points and 12 rebounds. The good news for the Magic is that Vucevic (hand) and Aaron Gordon (hip) are expected to play. Gordon leads the Magic as he is averaging 18.4 points and 8.3 rebounds. Unfortunately, the Knicks are without their star, Kristaps Porzingis who is out with a torn ACL injury. Michael Beasley is averaging 18.8 points and nine rebounds since Porzingis went down (4 games). Both teams will most likely miss the playoffs as expected.

The New York Knicks are:
- 1-4 ATS in their last 5 road games.
- 1-6 ATS in their last 7 vs. NBA Southeast.
- 0-6 ATS in their last 6 games following a straight up loss.
The Orlando Magic are:
- 4-0 ATS in their last 4 when their opponent allows 100 points or more in their previous game.
- 11-1 ATS in their last 12 games following a straight up loss.
- 6-1 ATS in their last 7 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game.
New York will get big games from Beasley and Hardaway Jr. but it won’t be enough. Look for the return of the Magic frontcourt to ignite the Magic to victory.
