Toledo Rockets vs. Western Michigan Broncos
The Toledo Rockets are looking to keep their winning streak going as they head into Western Michigan to take on the Broncos. As for the Broncos they have had an up and down season that has had a lot of missed chances.
The Toledo Rockets are looking to get a winning streak going as well as getting their first conference victory of the season. The Rockets enter this game with a 12-3 overall record with being 0-2 in the MAC conference. However, they already have the upper hand as they take on the Broncos who are also 0-2 in conference play. The Rockets will be entering this game with dropping their first two league contests with their last game being a loss against No. 19 Buffalo on Tuesday. The Rockets have been outplayed in conference play so far as their defense is allowing way too many points.

Leading the Rockets in the loss against Buffalo was bench player and senior Chris Darrington who had a career-high 21 points. Following his performance was fellow guard Marreon Jackson who also had a season-high 20 points. Coming into this game, the Rockets also have the advantage as they swept the season series vs. the Broncos last year.
Slow Moving Broncos
The Western Michigan Broncos are looking for some type of momentum on the season as they come into this game with back to back losses. The Broncos will be playing a fast pace Rockets team as they need to get that defense ready for a long day on the court. The comeback for the Broncos in their last game against Kent State was a bit short as they trailed by as many as 18 in the second half and cut the lead down to four before losing the game in the final minutes. In the loss, the Broncos were led by guard Michael Flowers who had 20 points on 7-of-18 shooting from the field.

Coming into this game, Flowers is still the leading scorer in game as he leads the Broncos with 16.3 points per game and shooting 42.3 percent from behind the three-point arc. As stated above, the Broncos need to keep up with the Rockets as Toledo will be scoring fast. The only problem for the Broncos is that they are 11th in the conference in scoring with only 71 points per game.
- Broncos are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 vs. Mid-American.
- Broncos are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games vs. a team with a winning road record.
- Broncos are 0-3-1 ATS in their last 4 home games.
- Rockets are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games overall.
The Bottom Line What to bet on this game.
Full-Game Side Bet
The Toledo Rockets are one of the best scoring teams in the conference as they take on one of the weakest in the league. Even if the Rockets were able to have an off day on the defensive side, they can still shot around that problem. Rockets win big and make it three straight against Western.
Full-Game Total Pick
As stated above, the Broncos have the 11th ranked offense in the MAC as that will not be helping the Over hit at all. The Under is 5-1 in Broncos last 6 Saturday games as well as 4-1 in Broncos last 5 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600.
