Where: Gill Coliseum, Corvallis Oregon
When: Sunday, January 13, 2019, 10:00 pm Eastern
It’s Pac-12 time and we have the makings for a fantastic game when the UCLA Bruins travel to Corvallis and a matchup with the Oregon State Beavers. UCLA has begun conference play with a perfect 3-0 mark and Oregon State is 2-0 in conference play.
UCLA is 3-0 In the Pac-12
UCLA were down ten points to Oregon with 59 seconds to play, were the beneficiaries of a couple of dumb Oregon plays, sent the game to overtime where they eventually defeated the Ducks by a score of 87-84. That road victory gave the Bruins their third win in Pac-12 conference play and after all the drama surrounding the UCLA basketball program, something else for the pundits to talk about.
Riding a three-game winning streak, UCLA returns to action at Oregon State this Sunday night.
The Bruins' game will be nationally-televised on @FS1 at 7 pm (PT).

The Bruins aren’t listing anyone on their injury report for Sunday’s game with Oregon State.
Sophomore guard Kris Wilkes is the Bruins leading scorer and is averaging 17 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists. Wilkes is also knocking down nearly two triples and nearly two turnovers per game.
Freshman center Moses Brown is the Bruins leading rebounder, averaging nine boards per contest. Brown also averages 12 points, 2.3 blocks and 1.7 turnovers per game.
Sophomore guard Jaylen Hands leads UCLA in assists with 6.9 per contest. Hands is also averaging 11 points, three rebounds, and 3.3 turnovers per game.
Stephen Thompson Jr Post Monster Line Against USC
Oregon State is 10-4 overall and 2-0 in the Pac-12 and without the drama that the Bruins have had to deal with. The Beavers dodged a bullet when they defeated USC in overtime without leading scorer Tres Tinkle, who injured his ankle and is listed as probable for Sunday night against UCLA. Senior guard Stephen Thompson Jr stepped up in a huge way, scoring a career high 34 points with ten rebounds and five assists to lead the Beavers to victory number two in the Pac-12.
Oregon State (10-4, 2-0 Pac-12) goes for the sweep of the L.A. schools when it hosts UCLA (10-6, 3-0 Pac-12) at 7 p.m. on Sunday at Gill Coliseum.

Tinkle is the Beavers leading scorer, averaging 20 points per game. Tinkle also leads the team in rebounds (8.6) and assists (4.6), one steal and nearly two turnovers per game for Oregon State this season.
Thompson is the Beavers second-leading scorer, averaging 15.6 points, four rebounds, three assists and his 28 made three pointers lead the Beavers this season.
Oregon State is number fifty-six in the NCAA with 66 points allowed per game.
- Beavers are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 home games vs. a team with a losing road record.
- Beavers are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 home games vs. a team with a road winning % of less than .400.
- Under is 4-0 in the last 4 meetings.
- Under is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings in Oregon St..
The Bottom Line What to bet on this game.
Full-Game Side Bet
UCLA has had their fun, but now it’s time for them to pony up and show the NCAA world they are more than just lucky. Sadly for them, Tinkle will be back and even if for some reason he doesn’t suit up on Sunday, the Beavers should cover this spread. UCLA will probably win the battle of the boards, but that’s probably it. I will roll with the Beavers on Sunday.
Prediction: Oregon State -5.5 Points
Full-Game Total Pick
According to KenPom, both teams are in the top 100 in adjusted defense, and when we look at what Oregon State has been able to do in limiting points, and lately UCLA has done a solid job on that end, it’s easy to see why I will be playing the under on Sunday night.
Prediction: Under 149.5 Points
