Oklahoma (2-2 B12) takes on TCU (3-1 B12) on Saturday afternoon at 2pmET. Last season, the Sooners won both games by nine on the road and two at home.

It could be worse

TCU has playing pretty good basketball, winning four straight until they met No. 13, West Virginia, on Tuesday. They fell 81-49 from Morgantown in the worst loss of the Jamie Dixon era with the Horned Frogs. The Mountaineers are not an easy team to play, especially at home. TCU shot just 32% from the floor and was led by RJ Nembhard with 14 points and Desmond Bane with 13 points.

Bane leads the Horned Frogs with 16.9 points and 6.8 rebounds, while Nehbhard adds 13.1 points. On the season, TCU allows just 61.5 points per game (32nd) on 40.9% shooting and 33.5% three-point shooting. On offense, the Horned Frogs average 70.3 points per game on 43.4% shooting (36.4% 3pt). They also outrebound teams by 3.2 per game.

Offense doesn't show up at home against KU

Oklahoma had a chance to upset No. 7 Kansas on Tuesday, but they fell at home, 66-52. They were helped out by the fact that star guard Devon Dotson was out with an injury for the Jayhawks and they got off to a solid start, but the Jayhawks wore them down with the defense and rebounding (-15) in the second half. The Sooners defended well, but they shot just 31% from the field and 8-of-29 from beyond the arc. Senior forward Kristian Doolittle led the way with 13 points and 10 boards and now has five double-doubles this season for the Sooners.

Doolittle averages 16.8 points and 8.8 boards to lead OU. Defense for the Sooners has been hit or miss this season. They allow 69.3 points per game on 40.3% shooting (33.2% 3pt). The issue is on the boards, where they are a -1.5 and their overall shooting (42.3% FG, 31.5 3pt) is not up to par.

The Bottom Line What to bet on this game.

Full-Game Side Bet

TCU is not as bad as they played against West Virginia. Dixon will get his team back on track and they'll take advantage of an Oklahoma team that is going to continue to struggle in the Big 12, because they don't rebound well. TCU's Kevin Samuel (8.6 rebounds) will take advantage and will get back to his form after grabbing just three rebounds against West Virginia. Take TCU not only to cover but to win this game outright. Norman is not Morgantown when it comes to basketball atmospheres.

Prediction: TCU +4

Full-Game Total Pick

These are two pretty good defenses. Oklahoma's offense is the worry here, because they just lack shooters. They've also gone under in four straight games and five of six. TCU went under their last two games before allowing 81 in that awful performance at West Virginia. Last season, both games between these teams went under.

Prediction: Under 134
