Oklahoma State Cowboys vs. Oklahoma Sooners
NCAA Football: Saturday, November 10th 2018 3:30 PM EST TIME
Can the Oklahoma State Cowboys pull off one of the biggest upsets this college football season as they head to take on the Sooners? The #7 ranked Sooners are hoping for the opposite as they are looking to keep their strong winning streak going on Saturday.
Which Cowboys Team Will It Be
The Oklahoma State Cowboys have displayed two different teams in the past weeks as it will be interesting to see which one we see on this Saturday against the Sooners. The first team was the outstanding team that was able to hold a 38-25 upset win over the Texas Longhorns last week. It was an incredible win as the offense and defense were in sync as they were able to create turnovers and move the ball with their passing offense. However in the following week, it was all lost of momentum as they fell to the Baylor Bears, 35-31.

However here is the problem in that loss. The Cowboys did everything right on the offensive side of the ball as quarterback Taylor Cornelius had himself a day. The QB would finish the day with 287 passing yards and a touchdown on 24-of-41 completions. On the other side, it was the running game that also took off as running back Justice Hill rushed for 119 rushing yards. It was a matter of who had the ball last and the Bears did as they scored in the last minute. Can they turn it around against the Sooners?
Kyler Murray = GOAT
The Oklahoma Sooners are making one last push into the college football playoffs as they need some huge wins in the final weeks. They have are having yet another amazing year mostly thanks to the appearance of QB Kyler Murray who has taken the NCAAF by storm. In their most recent game against the Texas Tech Red Raiders it was all about the arm of Murray who would finish the night with 360 yards and three touchdowns on 20-of-35 completions. He does need to work on his interceptions as he has thrown at least one in the past three straight games.

Wanna know why Murray will take this game over? He recently broke some history as he was the first Sooners quarterback to have back-to-back 350 passing yards games since 2012. The last quarterback to do that was Landry Jones as he recently reached out to him to congratulate him. With that in mind, the added bonus should continue the success of Murray as he will drive down any part of the field for some points Saturday.
- Sooners are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 home games vs. a team with a winning road record.
- Sooners are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games after allowing more than 40 points in their previous game.
- Sooners are 14-5 ATS in their last 19 home games.
- Sooners are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games after accumulating more than 200 yards rushing in their previous game
- Cowboys are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 conference games.
- Cowboys are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 road games.
- Cowboys are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games after accumulating more than 200 yards rushing in their previous game.
- Cowboys are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games in November.
The Bottom Line What to bet on this game.
Full-Game Side Bet
I’m all over this Oklahoma Sooners bet. They need a strong push to get into the playoffs and can do that thanks to their explosive offense. Also the Cowboys are god awful on the road against the Sooners as they are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 meetings in Oklahoma as well as 1-4 ATS in their last 5 meetings.
Prediction: BOOMER SOONER
Full-Game Total Pick
Do not get me wrong, the Oklahoma State Cowboys will score a decent amount of points as the Sooners are gonna want to make this a passing game, but they will not come close to the Sooners at the end of the game. However the Total will be a clear success as the Over will hit with ease. The Over is 5-0 in Sooners last 5 games overall as well as 8-0 in Sooners last 8 games after scoring more than 40 points in their previous game.
