Arizona Wildcats vs. Oregon State Beavers
College Football Week 3: Saturday, September 22nd 2018 4:00 PM EST TIME
It is time for a Pac-12 clash as the Arizona Wildcats will head into Oregon to take on the Beavers. Both teams have had poor starts to the season as a conference win is what is needed for a much-needed boost of moral. Arizona and Oregon State will clash on Saturday afternoon at Reser Stadium.
Much Needed Win
The Arizona Wildcats got a much-needed win as they were able to get their first win of the season against the Southern Utah Thunderbirds. The Wildcats opened up the season with losing to the Penn State Nittany Lions and Houston Cougars. Both were underperformed games as the Wildcats had a lot of questions to be answered. However, their potential high powered offense may have finally lit the match as they dropped 62 points in the win against the Thunderbirds. Quarterback Kahlil Tate finally had his best game so far this season as he dropped 349 passing yards on 13 passing attempts. Tate would also add on five touchdowns to his name.
The only way the Arizona Wildcats are going to cover the spread/win this game will be from the passing game. In three games this season, the Oregon State Beavers have allowed two 300 yard passing games along with seven touchdowns and two interceptions. Will the Beavers be able to answer?
The Oregon State Beavers got stunned in their last game as they fell to the Nevada Wolfpack with the final score of 37-35. After opening the season with Ohio State and hanging into the game with dropping 31 points on them, momentum was still on their side. In the following game, the Beavers took that same momentum and beat up on the Southern Utah Thunderbirds with the running game really coming to life. In that win, the Beavers had more than 300 total rushing yards and over 200 passing yards. However, the Beavers did a complete 180 degrees in their stunning loss against the Nevada Wolfpack.
The Beavers defense would allow over 180 total yards in the first quarter as the Wolfpack would slam on 16 points in the quarter. Even though they failed to get the win against Nevada, the Beavers have had great success at home and will turn it around. Expect the defense to really step it up against a weak Arizona

The Bottom Line What to bet on this game.
Full-Game Side Bet
Take out the Ohio State game and the Oregon State Beavers should be a 2-0 team right now. They have the potential to have one of the best offensives in the Pac-12 but manage to give away points early in the game due to turnovers. With a weak Arizona offense, the Beavers get their much-needed bounce-back win and start a hopeful winning streak.
Prediction: OREGON STATE +6.5
Full-Game Total Pick
Probably one of the easiest locks of the Week 3 Total bets as the Arizona Wildcats and Oregon State Beavers have one of the worst defenses in the Pac-12 conference. The Beavers have been scoring a whole lot more than the Wildcats, however, Arizona just got into a groove and dropped 62 points on their recent win. Take the OVER as it has hit in seven straight games for the Beavers and four straight in the Wildcats games against a losing record team.
Prediction: OVER TBD
