The Bottom Line What to bet on this game.
Full-Game Side Bet
San Francisco opened as a three-point favorite, and that line has now moved to the Rams -3 points. These are two teams trending in the opposite direction, and the 49ers are an injury-riddled team looking for their first home win of the season. The Rams offense has been good, but the defense has been better, and I expect them to chase Garopolo all over the field on Sunday night. I will lay the points and take the Rams in this contest.
Prediction: Rams -3
Full-Game Total Pick
Vegas posted a 49.5 point total, and that number has now moved to 50.5 points in most Vegas shops. The Dolphins nearly scored 50 points against the 49ers, and I expect the Rams to do close to the same thing. The 49ers are banged up on defense, and the Rams will exploit them throughout the contest. The 49ers offense has struggled this season, but they will find a way to score a couple of touchdowns. I will play the OVER in this contest.
Prediction: Over 51.5
