Falcons Trying To Snap Four-Game Losing Streak
The Falcons had been hoping to compete for the NFC South title this season, but the team finds itself at the bottom of the division standings and will be trying to salvage what is left of the season by finishing strong. The Falcons will try to snap their four-game losing streak and get their second road win of the season when they play the Packers.

Offensively, the Falcons got off to a fast start and had one of the top offenses in the league. Since then they haven’t played well and have failed to score 20 or more points in their last four games.
Matt Ryan has completed 70 percent of his passes for 3,814 yards, 25 touchdowns, and five interceptions. The Falcons have struggled to run the ball this season and Tevin Coleman leads the team with 514 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
Defensively, the Falcons are giving up 27.8 points per game, which is one of the worst scoring averages in the league. They will need to play better than they have in their last four games to get the win on Sunday.
Packers Hoping Coaching Change Makes Difference
The Packers surprised a lot of people when they fired Mike McCarthy after the team’s loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. With McCarthy gone, Joe Philbin will be charged with turning things around for the Packers and he will need the team to perform well if he wants to be named the full-time head coach at the end of the season.

Green Bay has struggled on the offensive end this season. The team is averaging 23.4 points per game, but they have failed to score more than 17 points in their last two games.
Aaron Rodgers has completed 61.8 percent of his passes for 3,504 yards, 21 touchdowns, and one interception. Like the Falcons, the Packers have struggled to run the ball this season. They are led by Aaron Jones, who has 642 rushing yards and seven touchdowns this year.
Green Bay has also struggled on the defensive end, giving up 23.9 points per game. Even though the Falcons are struggling offensively, they are still a dangerous team when they are playing well, which means the Packers can’t afford too many defensive lapses in this game.
Green Bay is:
- 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games in Week 14.
- 0-5 ATS vs. a team with a losing record.
- 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games overall.
- 1-5 ATS in their last 6 road games.
The Bottom Line What to bet on this game.
