Best Home Run Prop Bets – MLB Free HR Props Picks

Juan Soto (NYM) +230

Tomoyuki Sugano has now allowed 19 total home runs this season which is top five most allowed in the MLB as the Orioles host the Mets today.

He has allowed 12 of those 19 to left handed batters leading us to take Juan Soto to hit his 22nd home run of the season.

Soto has been on somewhat of a tear as of late batting .356 and slugging .644 across his last 15 days of action and blasting 10 of his 21 home runs across the last month.

The Orioles starter hasn’t been showing signs of improvement allowing five home runs combined across his last two starts (9.2 IP) with Soto being used to playing at Camden Yards last season during his time with the Yankees where he went 10-29 with two home runs and slugged .655.

Sugano has allowed 11 of his 19 home runs at home this season in 44 innings pitched so let’s take Soto to allow another one tonight at +230 with other Mets to consider for a home run being Francisco Lindor +285 and Brandon Nimmo (+290).

MLB HR Props Best Bet of the Day #2: Matt Olson (ATL) +255

Although the Braves have been bad as of late, first baseman Matt Olson has held up his end of the bargain batting .333 while slugging .630 across the last week as we’ll take him to hit a home run tonight against the Athletics sending Mitch Spence to the mound.

The Athletics starter sports a 5.65 ERA at home compared to a 2.93 road ERA and has allowed seven of his ten home runs to left handed hitters this season.

Overall lefties have hit .310 and slugged .548 against Spence compared to righties batting just .213 with a .326 slugging percentage on the season.

Thirteen of Olson’s 17 home runs have come off righties and it’s worth noting that Olson batted .364 with a .727 slugging percentage against the Athletics last season.

Olson already has two home runs in July so let’s take him to hit another in Sacramento tonight with odds listed at +255. Other Braves bats to look at for a home run include Ronald Acuna Jr. (+320) and Austin Riley (+350).
