MLB Player Props Today for Tuesday: Michael Harris, Braves OVER 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (-140)

Michael Harris II is riding an 11-game hitting streak and he’s covered this HRR line in each of his last 10 games while averaging 4.7 HRR per game.

During his last 15 games, we have seen Harris post a ridiculous .382 batting average and .364 ISO. That includes last night’s game the Chicago White Sox where Harris went a perfect 4-4 with a home run and two RBI.

Shane Smith relies heavily on his four-seam fastball & curveball and Harris has an xBA above .312 against both pitches.

Harris has hit a combined .276 against those pitches with 15 of 39 hits going for extra-bases. Smith hasn’t pitched past the 5th inning since early June, and he’s backed by a watered-down bullpen that is heavily taxed after Yoendrys Gomez only lasted 5 innings last night.

Harris has been on fire since the beginning of July and he’s posted a .408/.408/.746 slash line so far in August. Look for Harris to stay hot tonight against a starting pitcher with limited MLB experience.

MLB Player Props Today for Tuesday: Javier Baez, Tigers UNDER 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (-140)

The Detroit Tigers lineup has been ice cold at the dish for over a month and Javier Baez has fallen short of this HRR line in 6 of his last 8 games and 18 of his last 30 games.

Baez is a right-handed hitter that has really struggled against right-handed pitching with a .242/.272/.409 slash line on the season.

Now Baez has to deal with a Cy Young-caliber starting pitcher in Hunter Brown who has held right-handed batters to a .209 batting average and .555 OPS on the season.

Baez has gone 2-8 against Brown with a few singles and three strikeouts. Brown utilizes his slider as a put away pitch and Baez has notoriously struggled with righty sliders.

Baez is projected to bat 9th at home in a pitcher’s park which could limit his opportunities against a pitcher who has the stuff to beat him on a consistent basis.
