What are his Premier League best bets heading into this weekend? Find out below!

Newcastle vs Wolves | September 13 | 10:00 AM ET

Newcastle -240 | Wolves +650 | Draw +360

Wolves take on Newcastle up in the north-east of England on Saturday, and the men from the West Midlands really need to find a result from somewhere soon if they’re going to remove themselves from the bottom of the table.

Wolves have suffered three straight losses to open up the new season, shipping eight goals in the process, and could find it difficult once again against a Newcastle side this weekend that ranked third in the league in total goals scored at home last season.

In terms of this season, however, the Magpies haven’t been doing too badly either, ranking #1 in xG per shot at home this year, which could come in very handy against a Wolves side that have shipped an extremely high 2.0 open play goals per game so far this season.

Five of Wolves’ eight goals allowed so far this season have come inside the opening 45 minutes, while Newcastle owned the second-highest scoring percentage inside the first-half at home last season.

On top of that, all of the last six head-to-head meetings between the two teams have seen this current first-half total either push or win outright.

Take the Over 1 goal inside the first-half on Saturday between Wolves and Newcastle.

Premier League Predictions: 1H Over 1 (-135)

West Ham vs Tottenham | September 13 | 12:30 PM ET

West Ham +240 | Tottenham +105 | Draw +250

Big London derby on Saturday as Spurs make the short distance to East London to take on West Ham this weekend.

Tottenham have started the season off brightly, with two wins from their opening three games, although that bright start did run into some trouble against Bournemouth last time out.

West Ham have gone the opposite way, however, dropping their first two games of the season, yet enjoying a blowout win against Nottingham Forest in their previous game.

That win has done little to quieten calls for Graham Potter’s dismissal from the West Ham dugout, however, and the Englishman will likely need to produce another positive result here on Saturday if he is going to start to win over the fans.

Both West Ham and Tottenham ranked inside the top-six teams in the league last season in terms of the Both Teams to Score stat, with only one team scoring more first-half goals away from home last season than Tottenham managed, that being eventual champions Liverpool.

All of the last three head-to-head meetings between the two sides have witnessed at least two goals being scored inside the first-half, and that’s the way we’re looking once again here on Saturday.

Premier League Predictions: 1H Over 1 (-135)

Brentford vs Chelsea | September 13 | 3:00 PM ET

Brentford +370 | Chelsea -145 | Draw +280

After back-to-back victories, and scoring seven goals in the process, Chelsea are looking in great shape to extend their winning streak to three straight games when they visit the Community Stadium on Saturday.

Chelsea didn’t have the best of luck the last time they visited Brentford’s home ground, however, coming out with a dull 0-0 draw back in April that saw five big chances getting squandered in a remarkably entertaining game given the dour scoreline.

However, Chelsea’s recent road form has been nigh on superb, owning a W9, D1, L2 record since that 0-0 draw against Brentford, and they’ll be eager to continue that solid run of form in this one.

Brentford were good value themselves for a goal last season at home; however, sitting with a low 32% failure to score rate inside the first-half in home games last year, equal to the same as what runners-up Arsenal managed.

Brentford have diminished firepower ahead of this game, however, due to even more players leaving the club during the transfer window, yet that 0-0 draw against Chelsea back in April represented the last time the Bees were denied in front of goal at home.

We’re expecting a more vibrant opening here on Saturday and recommend a play on the Over 1 goal inside the first-half between Chelsea and Brentford this weekend.

Premier League Prediction: 1H Over 1 (-135)
