Expert NBA Player Props for Friday: Franz Wagner, Orlando Magic OVER 11.5 Rebounds + Assists (-120)

Jimmy Butler has beat this line in 8/12 games this season but when he’s played 25+ minutes he has covered this line in 8/10 games while averaging 26.7 PA per game.

That includes a season high 36 PA in his last game against the San Antonio Spurs where he logged a season high 8 assists on an above average 16 potential assists and 73 passes.

Victor Wembanyama patrolling the paint isn’t ideal for a scorer, but the San Antonio Spurs rank bottom 10 in free throws allowed and Jimmy Buckets is notorious for working his way to the charity stripe.

Jonathan Kuminga has been moved to the bench and he’s questionable with a knee injury so there are additional scoring opportunities for Butler.

Butler PA numbers shoot up without Kuminga as he’s averaged 22.6 points & 5.5 assists per 36 minutes with him but 24.2 points & 6.6 assists per 36 minutes without him.

The total is set at 235.5 so there should be plenty of PA chances especially in an NBA Cup game with a spread of -2.5.
