Jake Irvin gets the start for Washington with Lindor going 6-16 with a home run and two doubles all-time. Although Lindor is a much better hitter at home this season, his hot streak is too hard to ignore still batting .275 with a .499 slugging percentage against right handed hitters this season.

Irvin has been shaky all season but especially as of late allowing five home runs combined across his last four starts.

In August Lindor is batting .350 while slugging .633 which are both top 10 of any qualifying player this month so far.

Against left handed hitters Irvin has allowed 17 of his whopping 27 home runs while allowing them a .526 slugging percentage this season.

MLB HR Props Best Bet of the Day #2: Freddie Freeman (LAD) +340

It’s time to pick on Rockies starter Austin Gomber once again allowing two home runs in each of his last three starts. Normally we wouldn’t suggest a lefty vs lefty home run prop, but the stats lineup to do that tonight.

Freeman is 6-16 with two home runs all-time against Gomber, but it’s not just Freeman who Gomber has had troubles with allowing a .681 slugging percentage to left handed batters this season compared to a .551 slugging percentage against righties.

He has allowed seven of his 14 home runs at home this season in 25.1 innings pitched with Freeman batting .282 against lefties on the season.

He’s batting .322 while slugging .593 in August so far so let’s play on Freeman to hit his home run prop tonight at +340 odds.

Other Dodgers to consider for a home run prop includes Teoscar Hernandez (+330) and Will Smith (+350).
