MLB Player Props Today for Wednesday: Michael Harris, Braves OVER 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (-160)

Michael Harris II is riding a 12-game hitting streak and he’s covered this HRR line in each of his last 11 games while averaging 4.4 HRR per game.

During his last 15 games, we have seen Harris post a ridiculous .400 batting average and .380 ISO. Martin Perez made first start in the MLB since April a week ago today and he only lasted 3.1 innings while allowing one earned run on three hits and two walks.

We shouldn’t expect for him to pitch very deep into this contest, and he’s backed by a watered-down and heavily taxed bullpen.

Harris has an xBA of .312 or better against fastballs and breaking pitches and Perez has utilized a heater on 64% of his pitches during the 2024 campaign.

Perez has only thrown his breaking pitch on 7% of his pitches but opponents have posted a 33.3% barrel-rate against that pitch.

Harris has been on fire since the beginning of July and he’s posted a .395/.395/.750 slash line so far in August. Look for Harris to stay hot tonight against a 34-year-old starting pitcher nearing the end of his rope.

MLB Player Props Today for Wednesday: Tyler Soderstrom, Athletics OVER 1.5 (-135)

Tyler Soderstrom is one of the hottest hitters in the MLB as he’s covered this HRR line in 14 of his last 18 games while posting a .327/.383/.582 slash line in the month of August.

Now Soderstrom has another opportunity to feast on Bailey Ober who he’s gone 2-6 against with a home run.

It’s been a brutal 2025 campaign for Ober who has posted a 5.15 ERA and 1.35 WHIP on the season. His underlying metrics are even worse with a 4.44 xERA and .266 xBA that both rank bottom 30th percentile.

Ober relies on a fastball mix with a usage rate above 40% and Soderstrom has crushed those pitches with a .299 batting average and 60% hard hit rate.

Ober is backed by a bottom 10 bullpen that was dismantled at the trade deadline while trading players like Griffin Jax and Jhoan Duran.

Soderstrom has held his own on the road and he’ll be guaranteed a full 9 innings of at-bats against some very vulnerable pitching.
