Now Ward has the opportunity to feast on Patrick Corbin who he’s gone 6-13 (.462) against with a home run and a double.

Corbin has struggled against right-handed bats with a .272 batting average and 9 home runs across 290 at-bats.

The southpaw also hasn’t been as effective on the road where he’s posted a 4.39 ERA across 55.1 innings of work compared to a 3.10 ERA across 49.1 innings pitched at home.

The wind will be blowing out tonight in Los Angeles causing a +17% home run boost (according to Ballpark Pal) so if Ward gets a barrel on one the ball will carry.
