NFL Week 14 First Touchdown Props Prediction: De’Von Achane Miami Dolphins (+425)

De’Von Achane cashed a +375 first touchdown ticket for us last week against the New Orleans Saints and he now sits in a 10-player log jam for the 4th most first touchdowns with three.

Achane also finished tied for 5th for most first touchdowns with four during the 2024 campaign. The Dolphins running back leads the team in red zone touches (36) and red zone target share at 19.6%.

The New York Jets are tied for the 4th most rushing touchdowns (12) and the 2nd most receiving touchdowns (4) allowed to opposing running backs on the season.

The Jets have allowed multiple running back touchdowns in each of their last three contests including Bijan Robinson/Tyler Allgeier, Derrick Henry (2) and TreVeyon Henderson (3).

The Dolphins have found paydirt first in 7/12 games (58.3%) while the Jets have only scored first in 3/12 games (33%).

Achane has now logged an anytime touchdown against New York in three straight games including a game in late September where he recorded 99 rushing yards on 20 attempts.

Miami is only a marginal favorite, but I trust them to score first over the Jets any day and Achane has been their go-to guy.

NFL Week 14 First Touchdown Props Prediction: Kyren Williams, LA Rams (+600)

Kyren Williams leads the NFL in first touchdowns with five despite his teammate Davante Adams sitting tied for 2nd place with Jaxon Smith-Njiba with four first touchdowns on the season.

Williams has logged 18 team first touchdowns during the past two season, and he finished the 2024 tied for 2nd in game first touchdowns with six.

Now Williams is facing an Arizona Cardinals team that is tied for the 7th most rushing touchdowns and tied for the 2nd most receiving touchdowns allowed to opposing running backs.

The Cardinals have given up an anytime touchdown to an opposing running back in four straight contests.

The Los Angeles Rams will have the advantage in scoring first as -8.5-point road favorites and they have struck first in 9/12 games (75%) while Arizona has only scored first in 3/12 games (33%).

The Rams haven’t faced the Cardinals yet during the 2025 campaign, but Williams has logged an anytime TD in all four of his head-to-head meetings during the past few seasons.

The Rams running back is tied for 9th in red zone attempts and it feels like we just need to beat Davante Adams to the punch to cash a 6-1 ticket.
