Rams vs Seahawks Player Props for Week 16!

Week 16 of the 2025 NFL season kicks off with a primetime Rams vs Seahawks NFC West showdown on Thursday Night Football. Sportmemo’s Steve Seagrave is eyeing the top player props for Week 16, with star names like Sam Darnold featured in the spotlight.

NFL Thursday Night Football Props Prediction: Sam Darnold, Seahawks OVER 30.5 Pass Attempts (+100)

Sam Darnold has only covered this line in 5/14 games but he’s coming off throwing 36 passes last week against the Indianapolis Colts and he set a season high with 44 attempts against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 11.

The Rams have been a passing funnel this season as they have allowed the 5th most attempts with 35.9 per game.

We have seen 9/14 opposing quarterbacks eclipse their respective pass attempts lines on the season including Jared Goff throwing 41 passes and Jacoby Brissett throwing 44 passes in their last two games.

Los Angeles also ranks 9th in rushing yards allowed with 101.1 per game and Seattle ranks just outside the bottom 10 in rushing yards with 113 per game.

The spread is set at a near pick’em but I expect the Rams to be playing with a lead as they are 3-0 in head-to-head games against Darnold during the past two seasons and they are on a 17-3 ATS run in December games.

Darnold also threw 40 passes against the Rams in a January playoff game with Minnesota and I’m backing him to throw 31+ on Thursday Night Football.

NFL Thursday Night Football Props Prediction: Sam Darnold, Seahawks OVER 3.5 Rushing Yards (-118)

Let’s double down on Sam Darnold props as this play actually correlates with him being in the throwing position frequently.

The Los Angeles Rams don’t blitz a ton, but they still put pressure on the quarterback and Darnold may be running for his life with Seattle left tackle Charles Cross on the shelf with a hamstring injury.

Darnold has run the ball more in recent weeks clearing this line in back-to-back games including 23 yards against the Atlanta Falcons in a game where his coaches told him to run more in the 2nd half.

The Seattle quarterback has a great track record against the Rams with 6+ rushing yards in four straight games including an 11-yard effort in Week 11.

We have seen 4 of the last 5 opposing quarterbacks eclipse their respective rushing yard lines against the Rams including Jacoby Brissett (22), Bryce Young (23) and Baker Mayfield (19).

As mentioned above, I expect Los Angeles to be playing with a lead so hopefully we avoid late kneel-downs chipping away at our number in the final minutes.
