Stanislaw remains the lynchpin for the Evil Geniuses roster. The veteran in-game leader has helped shape the strategies of the Evil Geniuses roster and works with individual players on their performance and playstyle.

The firepower on the team comes from players like Brehze and CeRq. With all CS:GO matches taking place online due to the coronavirus pandemic, CerQ has a huge advantage. The player has had inconsistent results on LAN, but online CS:GO is his forte and he will continue to dominate against weaker opponents like Triumph.

Triumph’s players are relatively unknown compared to Evil Geniuses’ players. The squad has no achievements to speak of and for many CS:GO fans is a new team on the horizon. Ranked 49, Triumph is definitely the underdog in the entire tournament. However, they already defeated Cloud9 in their inaugural match of the tournament.

It was a surprising upset that will prove to be a massive blow to Cloud9 fans hoping for a resurgence of the team. Grim has a 1.26 rating, however, most of his matches have been against much weaker teams. Playing against the strongest North American teams will be a challenge for the Triumph team.
