AGF vs. Berzerk Preview & Prediction - Free CS:GO Betting Picks 7/24

We have an interesting CS:GO contest upcoming as AGF is set to battle with Berzerk in the CSGOFAST Cup 5 semifinals. There's a lot on the line here as only the top two teams in this tournament receive a payout, and the loser of this series will leave empty-handed. The winner of this one will move into the Grand Final to face either FATE or SJ Gaming for their shot at $11,000 USD.

The Danish squad of AGF comes into this series ranking 56th in the world. They are a team that tends to play down to their opponents from time to time despite having a very talented roster. They have a lot of impressive wins on their resume, but they also have some questionable losses at the same time. AGF is led by fr0slev and TMB, and they tend to rely on a solid performance from these two to carry the team. Nuke is by far their best map with an 83% win rate over the last three months on this map and they aren't bad at Inferno or Train either.

The veteran squad of Berzerk are currently unranked, and they haven't played many matches over the past few months. They beat Nexus in the round of 16, but I honestly don't think they would have advanced into the semifinals if not for HONORIS having to forfeit. Berzerk is almost solely dependant on skyye, although syken has his days as well. It's hard to tell for sure which maps the team excels on, but they did win on Train and Dust2 quite convincingly against Nexus while being dominated on Mirage.

Pick: AGF Spread -1.5 Maps (-110 @ Bovada)

I am not going to say that I believe AGF is a top-tier team by any means. However, they are going against a team that has only played three total maps in competition together and AGF is a tougher team than Nexus. AGF is clearly the better team which is evident by the odds set for us, and I expect them to sweep this one quite easily against the out-of-practice Berzerk team.
