Greetings gang, we've been on fire lately and I hope I have some tailers. We had a beautiful 3-0 day yesterday cashing a -115,-105 and a +140 underdog. Let's see if we can keep this hot streak alive with what is an average card at best today. The first series of the day will see a somewhat improved LNG take on Oh My God. This will be followed by a potential blowout as the only undefeated team in the LPL, Top Esports, is set to do battle with Bilibili Gaming. Without further delay, let's hop right in!
LNG Esports (-160) vs. Oh My God (+115)
The first series of the day will most definitely be the more fun to watch on the day as the 2-2 LNG will face the 1-4 OMG. LNG has been an odd team to get a read on so far this split. They have huge upsets over both FPX and RNG, but they have also lost to Suning and eStar Gaming. Meanwhile, there hasn't been a ton to get excited about coming from OMG expect for their 2-0 series win over DMO in their last bit contest. It's worth noting that all of OMG's losses have come against tougher teams in Top Esports, EDG, RNG and the resurgent Victory Five. Although LNG has the better record, I don't see a ton of advantage for them in any lane of the match. OMG's 1-4 record is completely misleading given who they've faced so far, and LNG is a tad overrated in my opinion even with the two upsets under their belt. I am on the underdog in this opening match as I believe OMG can pull together for their second win of the split here.
Pick: Oh My God ML (+115)
Top Esports (-1600) vs. Bilibili Gaming (+650)
I am not going to spend a ton of time diving into this one because my play is very obvious from the start. Top Esports is the only undefeated team left in the LPL at 4-0 while Bilibili Gaming has been horrible. Mid Laner knight and Jungler Karsa have been outstanding as was expected for Top Esports, and they have been a big part of their long-term success. Bilibili Gaming has been able to win three of their 10 games so far this split, but they won't win one in this match. Top Esports is clearly the best team in the LPL, and I don't think the gap is even very close.
