The opening race on the Oaklawn Park racing card for Friday, April 24th features Miss Casey Beth (5) who is the cream of the crop in this race after dropping down a level following her last outing. Do Me a Favor (10) will be making her career debut in this outing under the tutelage of Hall of Fame trainer Steve Asmussen. Race 2 on the Oaklawn Park card on Friday will feature Sturdy One (1) who will be starting for the first time in close to one year and could be the one to beat in this outing thanks in a big part to training under Hall of Famer Jerry Hollendorfer. Ransomed (5) has finished second on seven occasions and third in 14 while placing in each of the last two and five of the last six at Oaklawn. Tizanillusion (2)Is expected to be at the front approaching the line but will have a hard time holding off Sturdy One. Ransomed (5) to win, Exacta 5-1

Race No. 3 on the Oaklawn Park card Friday will feature Napoleon's Empire (12) who starts from the outside making it that much tougher to win, but the four-year-old raced well in his last outing and lost as the favorite Napoleon’s Empire will make a hard charge at the end. Anotherdayatthelake (3) has finished second in two of the last three outings. In the last 12 starts, he has finished in the money 6 times but has won just once. Race 4 on the Oaklawn Park Friday card will feature Dutch Treat (8) who won by more than five lengths in her last outing on March 20th at Oaklawn and has one three times with three second-place finishes in the last 13 starts on this track. Miss Mercken (11) has raced very well in 2020 and will make a drop in level in this race. In two races on fast dirt tracks this one has been a winner. Mucha Mezquina (3) was victorious at Churchill Downs at the end of the 2019 season against much tougher competition. Mucha Mezquina (3 ) to win, Exacta 3-11

Race 5 at Oaklawn Park Friday will feature River Finn (4) who raced well at Oakland Park last time out but was caught at the end after pushing the pace from the start. A slightly slower start could give River Finn the advantage at the end. Fort McHenry (1) will look to gain pace on the backstretch and pull away down the home stretch but cannot allow River Finn much margin late. Gangly (8) has raced well during the early part of the 2020 season and is coming off a solid outing the last time out. Royal Finn (4) to win, Exacta 4-1

In the 6th race on Friday at Oaklawn Park, Kalliste Rose (1) will start for the third time in 2020. She won easily February 20 on a muddy track at Oaklawn and will be near the front at the tape. Lippy (4) will start for just the second time at Oaklawn in this race and will be dropping in class on the dirt track. Louise the Laser (5) Is a 7-year old mare who has raced 44 times and in three starts at Oaklawn has finished second once and third twice. Louise the Laser (5) to win, Exacta 5-4

Race 7 at Oaklawn on Friday will include Ragtime Blues (8) trained by the Hall of Famer Bob Baffert. The 3 year old colt has performed well including a second-place finish last September in his debut at Los Alamitos. Golden Notion (4) has raced just four times but each has been against tough competition and could have won each but has suffered from being wide on the far turn. Big Cheddar (2) will be in the mix with both Ragtime Blues and Golden Notion down the home stretch. Ragtime Blues (8) to win, Exacta 8-4

The eighth race on Friday's card at Oaklawn Park will include New Colossus (1) who will remain in the pack until the home stretch where he will storm to what he hopes is the victory. Hidden Ruler (2) well look to set the pace and hold off New Colossus down the home stretch. Morning Snow (10) has raced well over the first three months of the 2020 season and must not be overlooked. New Colossus (1) to win, Exacta 1-2

Race 9 on the Oaklawn Park card will include Pete’s Play Call (2) who will look to come from behind, but could be facing competition he cannot overtake in the home stretch. Strike That (1) has raced better and better each time he starts at Oaklawn. Strike That has won in races in which he was the pace setter and can hold off late charges. Volatile (5) is making his Oaklawn 2020 debut. Volatile struggles at times out of the gate and has had to come from off the pace which has hindered his overall performances. Strike That (1) to win, Exacta 1-2

The 10th and final race on the Oakland Park Friday card will feature American Butterfly (2) who in this race is the best closer, therefore, is a viable pick. No Parole (1) should take the lead early making him difficult to catch as he is one of the fastest horses in the race. Hop Kat (10) has speed and that will help him come from off the pace but he has not raced for over 6 months. No Parole (1) to win, Exacta 1-2
