Andre Jackson Under 5.5 Strikeouts (-130)
I have had a hard time backing any of the Pirates pitchers this season, but Andre Jackson had really struggled since joining this Pittsburgh team. He hasn’t recorded more than five strikeouts in any of his starts with the Pirates and this Minnesota team has been swinging the bat as of late. They are hitting .294 as a team in their last three games and I believe they will stay hot in this one. Jackson hasn’t pitched more than 3.2 innings either, as I don’t believe he will be on the field long enough to push his strikeouts over this number. Take Andre Jackson to record under 5.5 strikeouts against the Twins.
Kyle Gibson Over 5.5 Strikeouts (-130)
I love Kyle Gibson on the road against the A’s, as Oakland is only (3-7) in their last 10 games and they have only hit .223 as a team this season. They’ve continued to struggle and I don’t expect that to stop in this game. Gibson has also recorded 21 more strikeouts on the road this season, as I see him being very aggressive in this game. He has the ability to pitch deep into games and this is an AMAZING bounce back spot for him. He struggled in his last start, but he’s been solid on the road all year. He’s going to come into this one focused and determined and push his strikeout total over this number. Take Kyle Gibson to record over 5.5 Ks.

J.P. France Over 4.5 Strikeouts (-165)
I love backing France at home, especially against the Mariners. Seattle is averaging 9.89 strikeouts per game, which is the second most in the MLB. Yes, they’ve been playing better as of late, but they still swing and miss a lot. France has also been a beast all season, as he is (9-3) with a 2.74 ERA. He has also been even better at home this season, as he is (4-1). I expect him to pitch deep into this game and I expect the Mariners to continue to strikeouts. Take France to record over 5.5 Strikeouts and I will gladly see you back in the GREEN!
