Gridiron Great Top 11 (Week 12)

Gridiron Great Top 11 (Week 12)

Who is the class of the NFC? Is it the Niners or the Eagles? We may find out more this week in Philadelphia. In the AFC, can anyone keep up with the Chiefs? This week may give us some answers. Take a look at the NFL Gridiron Great Top 11 for this week.

Gridiron Great Top 11 (Week 12)

#11. Buffalo Bills 6-6 (+2500/+6000) - The Bills are in the midst of a difficult streak of games that started last week at Philadelphia. If they can get through this, this is a team no one wants to meet in the playoffs. Last Week’s Rank: 11th

#10. Cleveland Browns 7-4 (+5000/+6500) - Defense and a ground attack have the Browns tied for second place in the AFC North. Can they really be considered a playoff threat with Joe Flacco potentially starting at quarterback this week? Last Week’s Rank: 10th

#9. Pittsburgh Steelers 7-4 (+2500/+7000) - The fact that this Steelers team has seven wins and are still very much in the playoff hunt is a testament to the team’s will and head coach Mike Tomlin’s leadership. Last Week’s Rank: Unranked

#8. Detroit Lions 8-3 (+700/+1200) - The Lions took the loss on Thanksgiving to an inspired Packers team. They’ll need a bounce-back game this week at New Orleans this week. Last Week’s Rank: 3rd

#7. Jacksonville Jaguars 8-3 (+600/+1500) - The Jags picked up a big win over the upstart Texans on Sunday and are now in prime position to win the AFC South. Last Week’s Rank: 8th

#6. Baltimore Ravens 9-3 (+360/+800) - The Ravens picked up another road win on Sunday night over the Chargers. Last Week’s Rank: 6th

#5. Miami Dolphins 8-3 (+340/+800) - The Dolphins took care of business at the Jets on Black Friday. The win came with a price, unfortunately. The Dolphins lost edge rusher Jaelen Phillips for the season to an Achilles tear. Last Week’s Rank: 7th

#4. Dallas Cowboys 8-3 (+380/+900) - The Cowboys continued their home dominance with a win over Washington on Thanksgiving. They have another home date with Seattle this week. Last Week’s Rank: 4th

#3. Kansas City Chiefs 8-3 (+190/+425) - KC started slowly in Vegas but had their highest-scoring second half of the season to cruise to victory. Last Week’s Rank: 5th

#2. SF 49ers 8-3 (+190/+400) - The Niners are healthy and dangerous. They are also the odds-on favorite to win the NFL again and are the road favorites at Philly this week! Last Week’s Rank: 2nd

#1. Philadelphia Eagles 10-1 (+205/+450) - The Eagles are in the midst of the toughest stretch in the NFL and haven’t skipped a beat yet. Last Week’s Rank: 1st

Upset Alert for Week 12: We are now 9-7 in our upset specials on the season after going 0-2 in Week 11. The Jets’ offense was abysmal and the Panthers couldn’t complete a comeback late, losing by 7.

#1. Arizona (+5.5) at Pittsburgh: The Steelers keep finding ways to get it done but should this offensively-challenged team be more than a 3-point favorite to anyone? I don’t think so. Murray is still elusive and can give the Steelers’ pass rush problems.
