HellRaisers Preview

HellRaisers has a mixed International CS:GO squad. The team’s performance has improved dramatically over the past few months. The team has won four of its last five matches, its only loss coming against ALTERNATE aTTaX.

The team’s captain, jR, is also one of the heavy-hitters on the roster. Former Vega Squadron member, jR has stepped up impressively in the past few months. He has a 1.08 rating on HLTV and has been instrumental to the team’s success in recent months.

Besides jR, Flarich is a young prodigy from the region. The 23-year-old rifler has a 1.05 rating on HLTV. While he has amazing aim, his understanding of the game can only improve with experience.

HellRaisers is strong on Nuke and Train. The CT sided nature of these maps gives the team the advantage. The team’s coordination and structure allows it to use its positioning to its advantage.

Hard Legion Preview

Hard Legion had a very strong start to the season. The team eliminated Natus Vincere from the ESL One: Road to Rio CIS and announced its arrival on the international scene.

Hard Legion has a Russian CS:GO roster. The entire roster is relatively young and does not include big and experienced names. However, Hard Legion’s performance in recent weeks has been sub-standard, especially since its players have lost a lot of form. Hard Legion counts Dust2, Mirage, Train and Overpass as its best maps. However, most of its success stems from the players’ firepower and their first-shot accuracy.

Hard Legion has defeated HellRaisers the last three times that these two teams met each other. However, these matches were relatively close as the series went the distance of over 2.5 games.

Pick: Over 2.5 (+119 @ Pinnacle)

HellRaisers has traditionally been the underdog in these matches. Yet they almost always managed to take the series to the distance of over 2.5 games. With Hard Legion players’ form in a slump, it will not be a surprise to see HellRaisers spring up a surprise in this match. I am taking HellRaisers and Hard Legion match to go over 2.5 games.
