| NBA | (541) Toronto Raptors at (542) Cleveland Cavaliers: Spread | 7:30pm EDT - May 3/2026 |
The PLAY: Toronto Raptors +8.5 (-110)
I’m taking the points with Toronto. Cleveland may still find a way to win this game at home, but laying 8.5 in a Game 7 feels like too many. The road team hasn’t won yet in this series, but the Raptors have shown enough toughness to keep this close, and I give Toronto the coaching edge in this spot. Donovan Mitchell and James Harden are still hard to fully trust in a pressure game. Give me the Raptors plus the points.

| NHL | (65) Montreal Canadiens at (66) Tampa Bay Lightning: Spread | 6:00pm EDT - May 3/2026 |
The PLAY: Montreal Canadiens +1.5 (-194)
This series has been tight from the start, and I don’t see that changing in Game 7. All six games have been decided by one goal, and neither team has been able to create real separation. Tampa Bay may be the favorite at home, but Montreal has battled every step of the way and has consistently kept these games within reach. The price is a little juicy, but Canadiens +1.5 is the right play.
