The PLAY: Chicago Cubs -158 Shota Imanaga (LHP) Must Start
This is a FREE PLAY on the Cubs.
I think the Cubs are worth a "second look" in this starting pitching matchup and after yesterday's humbling 17-1 series-opening loss.
That broke a five-game winning streak for Chicago, which included a 23-3 win over San Diego in its final game before this epic loss.
But now I like the Cubs to rebound in this favorable matchup, with Kyle Leahy (6-4, 4.09 ERA) getting the call for the Cards, and Shota Imanaga (5-6, 4.30 ERA) countering for the Cubs.
Leahy posted a 3.76 ERA in June over five starts, but note that his ERA is 3.13 at home and 5.38 on the road.
Imanaga is coming off a gem over the Padres and he owns a sharp 92:23 K:BB over 98.1 innings of work.
I believe CHICAGO will respond in this important early season divisional battle after yesterday's loss, but what do you think? Will the Cubs get their revenge, or do you think the Cardinals build off yesterday's explosive performance?!
Good luck, NP

A "contrarian" at heart, Nick has always felt that being flexible with your approach when it comes to handicapping is the best way to secure profits over the short, mid, and long term. Parsons doesn't limit himself to any sort of bet, or style of wagering. If he sees value in a pick, whether it's an underdog or a favorite, then he plays it. His succinct and no "B.S." approach, while also always being fully accountable, is what his growing list of satisfied clients has grown to appreciate the most.
Nick's been in the trenches fighting the books every single day for the last 20 years. He's never once pretended that any part of this industry is "easy." It's not. But you can put his invaluable experience to work for you, as 2023 and 2024 have massive potential for this industry icon!
